JKSSB Releases Syllabus For Supervisor Post, Download Here
In a recent development, the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the syllabus for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department.
This information comes in continuation of Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated December 8, 2023.
According to the notification (No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM/UT/10/2023-04), dated January 7, 2024, Dr. Neha Sharma, JKAS Under Secretary, has notified the syllabus for the upcoming written test.
The examination, which is of objective type, is set to have a total of 120 marks with a time duration of 120 minutes.
The syllabus, outlined in Annexure “A,” indicates that the test aims to assess candidates on scientific, analytical, and numerical aptitude, along with evaluating their general awareness across a diverse range of subjects, including specialized areas.

The board has directed the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, Jammu/Srinagar, and other relevant authorities to ensure the publication of this notification in at least three leading local newspapers of Jammu/Srinagar for three consecutive days.
This step by the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board aims to provide clarity and transparency to candidates appearing for the Supervisor position in Mission Poshan, Social Welfare Department.
